Franked with an Austrian Levant 5 Centimes surcharge stamp, cancelled at the Austrian Post Office in Smyrna ("SMYRNA 1 / OESTERREICHISCHE POST"), dated March 27, 1905. Addressed to Mr. Luigi Long, 84 Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville, Paris 4ème, with Paris arrival postmark. A superb example of Austrian Levant postal history from Ottoman Smyrna.
